Our History

When Unity was founded in 2012 as a spinoff of Bensonwood, it benefited from Bensonwood’s 40 year history of using off-site construction methods to build homes that are healthy, comfortable, durable and beautiful. Since then, Unity has been creating its own history. We list many of the highlights in our timeline.
