EVENTS AND OPEN HOUSES
Join us at NESEA’s BUILDINGENERGY Conference + Trade Show
March 8–9, 2018 at the Westin Boston Waterfront.
The best and the brightest in sustainable, high-performance building.
Unity and its sibling company Bensonwood will have adjacent display tables on the trade show floor, where we would be happy to meet with you, answer questions, and discuss projects. CLICK HERE for registration information including access to the $50 Trade Show Pass.
For those interested in taking a deeper dive into energy efficiency, building science and renewable energy, registration for the full conference provides access to over 60 educational sessions, including two that feature members of the Unity/Bensonwood team:
On Thursday, March 8, Bensonwood COO HANS PORSCHITZ will participate in a panel discussion that looks back on the legacy of a collaborative project from 2006.
In a “lunch and learn” session on Friday the 9th, Unity founder TEDD BENSON will lead a live remote tour of the new state-of-the-art production facility in Keene, NH where panels and other components are prefabricated for Unity and Bensonwood projects.
We are pleased to continue our tradition of supporting this remarkable conference as exhibitors, presenters and attendees, and we hope to see you there!

UNITY HOMES – ZŪM OPEN HOUSE
This event has passed. We look forward to seeing you at another event in the spring.
Please CLICK HERE for more information about this house.
The owners were drawn to Unity because they share our commitment to building healthy, energy efficient homes and appreciate the controlled process of our off-site construction methods. As outdoor aficionados, they appreciated the tall windows and spaciousness of the Zūm platform: “We feel like we’re living outside, and we love that!”
The open concept kitchen/dining and living areas are flanked by a master suite and home office on one side, and a guest bedroom and bath on the other. A generous screen porch with an adjacent patio makes the 1655 square foot home feel even more spacious. The large garage, connected to the home by a mudroom, easily accommodates the family’s storage needs. And the solar array on the roof of the home has been sized to produce as much energy as the home uses, resulting in net zero performance.
