Seeing a home in person helps you visualize the design and determine whether that home plan is a good fit for your needs. We hope you will join our team for an open house of a Varm-style Unity shell on April 20th in beautiful Hanover, NH!
You will be able to see the inside of a high-performance shell in the rough-ins phase, before drywall is installed, where a service layer for electrical and plumbing is built into the panelized walls without disturbing the insulation. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath Varm has 3,594 square feet of conditioned living space with an attached garage and bedroom addition.
Unity team members will be on hand at the open house to welcome you, answer questions and provide you with information. We look forward to seeing you there!

You will be able to walk around this 1991 square foot Unity home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a garage, an extended connector, and a screened porch—all less than a mile from Sandy Point Beach.
Unity team members will be on hand at the open house to welcome you, answer questions and provide you with information. We look forward to seeing you there!

Please join us for our next tour of our state-of-the-art panel production facility in Keene, NH. We’ll talk through our prefabrication process and explain how comfort, sustainability and durability are built into every one of our homes. The tour will also provide a closer look at our efficient and precise computer-controlled machinery… you won’t want to miss it!
In the interest of safety, the shop equipment will not be running during the tour. Advisors from the Unity Sales team will also be present to answer questions and connect.
